This site is published by North Sound Capital, a commercial real estate capital advisory firm based in Connecticut. It describes the firm and shows transactions it has arranged and/or originated.
No offer, no advice
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any investment. Nothing here is a commitment to lend or to arrange financing, and no engagement exists until it is agreed.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Terms described are general and any actual terms depend on the asset, the sponsor and the market at the time.
Transactions shown
Transactions listed are past engagements. They are shown to describe the kind of work the firm does, not to predict what any future transaction will achieve.
Privacy
If you use the contact form, you send us your name, email address, phone number, your message and any file you choose to attach. We use that information to respond to you and to evaluate a possible engagement.
Submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend. To keep automated spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is submitting it.
The site counts page visits using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
We keep inquiries for as long as the relationship or our records require, and delete them on request. To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email either principal.
Terms of use
You may read, print and share this site's pages for your own business purposes. The text, marks, layout and transaction data remain the property of North Sound Capital.
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We take care to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
